Service Area and Routing
Puppy Love Express is a route based service. Our service area covers Lebanon and Mount Juliet. We have chosen this method to reduce the amount of fuel and time needed to offer this service. This in turn helps to keep prices more affordable for YOU. If you need a specific day or time outside of an existing route, that can be accomodated for an additional charge.
Arrival Times
Puppy Love Express strives to arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible, however, we will never endanger the safety or well being of the pet or ourselves, by rushing to or through an appointment. You will be advised of any major changes in the scheduled arrival time i.e. Arriving more than 30 minutes earlier or later than the scheduled appointment.
Appointments
Don't miss out on keeping your precious pet looking their best! Due to the demand for our services, we highly recommend that you make a standing appointment. These are available in 1 to 8 week intervals and includes a reminder prior to the appointment. The more often you schedule the better your chance of getting the time slot that best suits your schedule. If you wish a longer interval than 8 weeks, that can be accomodated for an additional charge per groom to cover the increase in the amount of work needed for the groom.
Cancellation/No Show
If the occasion arises that you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 before your scheduled appointment to allow us to schedule someone else in your slot. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the grooming and/or loss of our services as we will be unable to fill that slot. |
