My name is Michael Daugherty. I own Puppy Love Express Mobile Pet Salon. Puppy Love is the culmination of 17 years in the grooming business. I started this business out of the desire to offer my grooming clients a more personal, convenient, and relaxed grooming experience. I graduated from the Southern Institute of Pet Grooming in South Carolina, one of the premier grooming schools in the nation. I opened my first grooming salon in East Tennessee and through a series of fortunate events in 2005, was able to relocate to Mount Juliet where I opened Puppy Love Express.
My goal with each grooming visit is to offer you and your dog unrivaled quality of service, clip, and comfort. I use massage techniques to calm and relax nervous pets to enhance their enjoyment of the salon experience.

Arrival Times
I try my best to arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, there may be times that I am delayed by traffic or a pet needing a bit more TLC than anticipated. I will contact you if I expect to arrive more than 15 minutes before or after our scheduled appointment time.
Appointments
Due to the limited nature of Mobile Grooming, our schedule fills up rapidly. We offer standing appointments so that you never have to worry about getting your dog groomed when you need it. If you prefer to call and schedule appointments as you need, please plan ahead a couple weeks to get the appointment date you desire. Holidays book up weeks in advance, so please plan accordingly.
Cancellation/Missed Appointments
If the occasion arrises tht you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we may offer your time to someone on our waiting list.
Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a charge for our lost time, fuel and income as we will be unable to fill that slot.
